IoTLab is our experimental space, where we test and integrate leading IoT technologies available to consumers.
What we do
The IoTLab is a capability we offer to our clients, who are leading companies and brands in Smart Home, security, wearables, automotive tech, sleep tech, pet tech, and other IoT categories. In the Lab we:
- Replicate and troubleshoot product issues
- Test product integrations
- Test recently released or to be released product features
- Train our IoT customer support experts
- Generate content our clients can use to discover and anticipate use cases or communicate helpful tips to their end users
The IoT Lab at Infolink-exp allows our staff to become familiar and live the IoT consumer experience, by using the devices, hubs, mobile apps, accessories that are becoming part of an increasingly rich IoT ecosystem.
Our staff works and plays with the best known brand name devices in the industry, including Nest®, August Home®, Phillips Hue®, Lighthouse®, Google Home®, Amazon Alexa®, Samsung SmartThings®, Logitech® and many others.
We also look to identify and work on solutions to the main challenges end users are facing, and become a source of relevant information for both the vendor and the end user in Consumer IoT.
